The Retrofit Proposition Toolkit is a collaborative initiative developed by trusted leaders in energy advice, retrofit quality, assurance and digital logbooks:
Energy Saving Trust is an independent organisation dedicated to promoting energy efficiency, low carbon transport and sustainable energy use. We aim to address the climate emergency and deliver the wider benefits of clean energy as the UK transitions to net zero. We empower householders to make better choices, deliver transformative programmes for governments and support businesses with strategy, research and assurance – enabling everyone to play their part in building a sustainable future.
TrustMark is the only UK Government-Endorsed Quality Scheme for work carried out in and around the home. We are passionate about quality and assurance and what that means for homeowners and our Registered Businesses. Since we started in 2005, we have been working to help drive-up standards across the industry and improve the protection offered to homeowners when having work done. We’re a not-for-profit business which means we can focus on our customers – homeowners and tradespeople – and not on shareholders.
Chimni – is a UK-based company bringing your home’s information into the digital age. We are dedicated to helping our users by allowing them to store essential information and access it anytime.
Development and commercialisation of the Retrofit Proposition Toolkit has been supported by a combination of innovation funding from the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) and match funding from each partner. The Green Home Finance Accelerator (GHFA) is part of the UK Government’s Net Zero Innovation Portfolio which provides grant funding to support the design and development of green finance products which can enable uptake of home energy efficiency, low carbon hetaing and micro-generation retrofit measures.
