Frequently Asked Questions

  • The RPT is a suite of digital services designed to help lenders, local authorities, and businesses create an end-to-end retrofit journey, supporting customers in making energy efficiency improvements.

  • The toolkit is designed for lenders, local authorities, and businesses looking to integrate energy efficiency services into their customer journey. It helps support green finance, streamline verification, and enhance customer confidence in retrofitting.

  • The RPT is fully modular, allowing you to adopt the components that best fit your organisation’s needs, whether that’s education, property lookup, tailored energy advice, installer search, verification and digital logbook creation.

  • Yes, absolutely. We appreciate that integrating directly with your organisation’s systems, existing processes or services may be difficult for technical or compliance reasons.

For this reason, we also offer a full-service licensing model that includes, development, design, hosting, support and maintenance. Some or all RPT features can be integrated directly into Energy Saving Trust’s Home Energy Check advice product, which provides a foundation for us to design a bespoke and fully branded journey for your customers.

  • The RPT is designed for business-to-business (B2B) integration, meaning customers interact with the toolkit through their lender, local authority, or service provider rather than directly accessing it. Some elements of the toolkit are available directly to customers from individual partner websites such as the Chimni logbook and TrustMark installer search.
